Kerime Tilate
PISCES co-founder
For over a decade, Kerime has worked as a dedicated counterpart with Peace Corps Togo. In addition to managing all of the day-to-day operations of PISCES, Kerime is a primary school teacher in Northern Togo. Since March 2020, Kerime has coordinated with the PICSES interns to plant over 5,000 trees, build a fence, construct a patio and latrine, and ensure the success of the first year's harvest. In his spare time, Kerime enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife at their home outside of Dapaong, the capital city of the Savanes region.
Michael Curcio
PISCES co-founder
Michael served as an environment and food security volunteer with the Peace Corps in Northern Togo from 2015 to 2017. Determined to better establish sustainable food security in the region, Michael and Kerime have been coordinating since then to build the learning farm and manage on-the-ground operations. Michael secured tax-exempt status for PISCES in March 2020. Although Michael had to leave Togo in mid-March due to the COVID Pandemic, he has been busy fundraising and grant-writing for PISCES and looks forward to returning as soon as possible.

Molly Conlin

Molly received her MPA from Cornell University in 2019 with concentrations in non-profit management and international development. She also earned a certificate in Social Innovation Design from UPenn. She is currently working for the USDA as a program specialist for the SNAP program.
Paul Sinandja
Board Member
Paul is the former Associate Peace Corps Director for the Environmental Action and Food Security Program of Peace Corps Togo. A well-respected community leader in Northern Togo, Paul currently manages a Sustainable Agriculture farm near Dapaong.
Morgan Wagner
Board Member
RPCV Togo, 2015 - 2017
Morgan earned a B.S. with high distinction from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in Tropical Marine Ecosystem Management from the University of Miami in 2019. She holds several advanced SCUBA certifications and now works as a Biological Science Technician at Biscayne National Park in Florida.
Diana Halbstein

Diana earned her degree in English language and literature from the University of Vermont in 2009. With the Peace Corps, Diana served in the English and gender education sector. She is currently working at D.C. Public Schools in the Facilities Planning and Design department.
Blair Thompson​​

Blair received her B.S. in environmental science from UNC Chapel Hill, including an honors semester spent studying history and geography at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. In 2018, she earned her MBM from Wake Forest University. She is currently working as a Manager of Client Solutions at GLG out of Austin, TX.
Noah Phillips
Board Member
Noah is a social worker (LMSW) who is working as a Peer Specialist with the New York City Non-Profit Community Access. He is interested in the intersection of mental health and spirituality.
